Know what your product experience proves. Or your team’s.

An adaptive interview turns real work into a clear view of strengths, readiness, and development priorities. For one person, or for everyone who reports to you.

What are you trying to understand?

For managers

See who on your team is ready, what to coach, and where the team is thin.

For individuals

Understand your level, strengths, gaps, and next development move.

For managers of product teams

Understand the product team you actually have.

See each product manager’s demonstrated strengths, readiness, and coaching priorities using one consistent, evidence-based assessment.

Team profile

Average score across each competency group.

  • Ethics & Responsibility and Customer Centricity are the team's clearest strengths, both scoring well above the rest of the group.
  • Day-to-day execution discipline is solid and consistent across members.
  • AI-Era Product Leadership is the team's biggest gap, the lowest score on the team, with people leadership and commercial acumen not far behind.
  • Strategic thinking as a whole trails execution and commercial judgment: building a shared point of view on AI-driven product opportunities would be the highest-leverage next step.

Evidence and confidence

Product Strategy8/10

Articulated a clear point of view on sequencing and why alternatives were rejected.

Prioritization & Judgment8/10

The enterprise-versus-self-serve tradeoff was specific, defensible, and revisited when challenged.

Stakeholder Management & Influence4/10

Examples of managing a difficult customer conversation were concrete and specific.

Peer- and leadership-level influence examples were vague when pressed for specifics.

Development priorities

Development Actions

  • Seek out one initiative that requires aligning a peer team without formal authority, and track the specific tactics that work.
  • Practice narrating decisions in terms of the tradeoff considered and rejected, not just the one chosen.

Suggested Next Experiences

  • Own a cross-team or cross-functional initiative end to end, even a small one.

What the assessment evaluates

The goal is not to reward polished interview answers. It is to distinguish between what you understand, what you have experienced, and what you have repeatedly demonstrated.

4 competency families, 16 scored dimensions. Every dimension is scored from evidence in your own interview and carries its own confidence level, so you can see how firmly each score is held.

What to know before you start

The practical details, the evidence standard, and the limits that matter before you begin.

One evidence standard

Every participant is scored against the same 16 competency dimensions. Each score includes its evidence and a confidence level, so you can see both the conclusion and how firmly it is held.

Based on what you have demonstrated

The assessment examines decisions, tradeoffs, context, and results from your actual work. It is not a personality test and does not ask for protected characteristics.

Honest about current limits

Formal validation and adverse-impact study are still in progress. We explain how your data is handled and do not claim the assessment can predict your career ceiling.

How long does it take?

About 2 hours, across as many sittings as you like. Your progress saves after every answer, so it moves at your pace, one question at a time.

Who receives the report?

You always receive your own developmental report. If an organization sponsored your assessment, they receive a separate report written for their decision. You are told which applies before the interview begins.

Does this replace human judgment?

No. The report is built to inform a hiring, promotion, or development conversation, not to make the decision on its own.
