A Senior Director connects technical strategy to portfolio strategy. The evidence at this level requires showing that platform, infrastructure, or technical investment decisions were made with portfolio-level rationale and executive visibility.

  • Presented a technical investment rationale to C-level or executive leadership

A real interview probe at this level

“What platform or technical investment decision did you shape at the portfolio level, and how did you make the case for it?”

A well-calibrated answer to this probe names a real decision, a real tradeoff, and a real outcome. Generic process descriptions do not hold up to follow-up.
