How your data is used

This page describes how the product actually works today. It is not a formal legal privacy policy, which has not yet been published.

Your account is authenticated through Supabase, and your conversation with the assessment is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your report.

You always receive your own developmental report. If your assessment was sponsored by an organization, that organization's evaluators or administrators can also see the evaluator-facing report built from the same conversation. You are told which applies before the interview begins.

Uploaded documents (such as a resume) are used only to add context to your interview and are not shared outside the report-generation process described above.
