- Changed a position under pressure not because of the pressure but because of new evidence

A real interview probe at this level
“What is the biggest product decision you reversed after shipping? What changed your mind?”
A well-calibrated answer to this probe names a real decision, a real tradeoff, and a real outcome. Generic process descriptions do not hold up to follow-up.
